Moving to Montana
Welcome! Moving to Montana can pose unique challenges, particularly if transitioning from a state with larger cities or a warmer climate. Having spent the first 30 years of my life growing up in Montana, I know the practical difficulties and joys of living in my home state. Additionally, I've experienced the complexities of adjusting to an entirely new place, like when I moved to Germany. Whether you're new to the state or moving to a new town, I'm here to help you navigate the adjustments that come with a change of location.
Losing a Loved One
Loss is rarely easy or straightforward. Whether it's a parent, friend, or beloved pet, we all manage loss differently. Adjusting to the new reality of life after loss can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and frightening. Therapy is a safe place to process your feelings and manage the stress around loss. 
Graduation/Starting a Career
Finishing school and starting a new job can be exciting times in our lives. But other feelings can also arise, such as uncertainty, anxiety around making the right choice, and the dreaded 'imposter syndrome.' If you find you're not adjusting to your new life stage as quickly as you expected, that's okay. All of these feelings are valid, and we can work through them together.
